CASE STUDY: BEYOND THE VALLEY

1300TempFence played a crucial role in the successful execution of the Beyond the Valley Festival. We were contracted to supply and install a wide range of products to aid the running of the event. Held at Barunah Plains, one and half hours from Melbourne, it marked the first time the festival was hosted at this venue. The boutique, Australian music festival takes place annually for four days over the New Year’s period. With 3 stages delivering top headline acts.

We were contracted to install and supply:

• 2,425 x 3.3m temporary fence panels
• 673 x Prestige temporary fence panels
• 410 x Semi-permanent temporary fence panels
• 3,098 x Plastic / Concrete feet
• 500 x Crowd Control Barriers
• 207 x White Picket Fences
• 3,100 x 25/25 clamps
• 650 x 1650mm super pickets
• 2,000 x 1650 smart pickets
• 10,000 x picket caps
• 17 x 70% shade cloth – sandstone
• And much more!

The installation involved a dedicated crew of three installers who commenced the setup at the beginning of December, ensuring that everything was completed just prior to Christmas, allowing ample time for final event preparations. This was a significant achievement considering it was the first time the event was held at this location and it required careful logistical planning and coordination by our event team and project managers.
