1300TempFence was proud to support LIV Golf Adelaide for another year delivering a large-scale fencing and site infrastructure package across one of Australia’s most exciting, premier sporting events.

Known for its bold energy, premium atmosphere and world-class spectator experience, LIV Golf required a fencing setup that could do more than manage crowds and boundaries. It needed to support the look, flow and feel of a high-profile event, while keeping the site safe, secure and functional.

Working within an active golf course environment required careful planning and flexibility to ensure the venue could continue operating throughout much of the build.

Large-scale event infrastructure

Our team installed a wide range of fencing and barrier systems across the precinct, including:

• Just under 3km of semi permanent fencing
• Approximately 4.1km of 54K spec fencing
• Approximately 1.5km of standard temporary fencing
• Water filled barriers
• Prestige fencing
• White picket fencing

To improve privacy and presentation across the site, we also installed:

• 95% rated black shade cloth
• 90% rated white shade cloth for toilet areas

The completed setup delivered a clean, premium finish suited to a world-class sporting event.

Overcoming site challenges

As with any major event, the project came with several logistical challenges, including:

• Limited access while sections of the course remained in use
• Restricted vehicle access across fairways
• Last-minute layout changes requiring fencing to be relocated
• Late-night installs in the final week to keep everything on track

Despite the pressure and changing site conditions, our team remained adaptable and delivered the project safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Having worked on the event previously, our crews were already familiar with the course layout and operational requirements, allowing us to stay ahead of schedule and respond quickly as the project evolved.

The successful delivery and positive feedback from IEDM highlighted the strength of the working relationship and the quality of the final installation.
